HOW TO USE YOUR WALLET:

To add funds to your wallet, navigate to the My Wallet section, select "Top Up," enter the desired amount, and proceed with the payment process. We support Debit and Credit card payment.

For transfers, locate or ask the recipient's for their email on CrownPay, click on "Wallet Transfer," and send money using the recipient's email. The recipient will receive the funds instantly in their wallet.

You can also ask your friends, family members or clients from anywhere in the world to sign up on crownpay, top up their wallet and make transfer payment to your wallet with just your email which you signed up with and your wallet will be credited immediately and ready for withdrawal.

To make withdrawals, select "Withdrawal" and then access "Payment Settings." Choose your preferred payout method. For PayPal, provide your PayPal account email; for Bank account, enter your Bank account details (leave the routine number and IBAN section if not supported by your country bank) and save changes. Next, submit a withdrawal request to transfer funds to your chosen payout method. You will receive a confirmation regarding your payout via email. Kindly check your spam folder for messages from payout@crownpay.org.
